Playbrush Hardware Coverage

Because we design our Playbrush devices to the highest standards and they are manufactured within the EU, we are convinced of their high quality. Any questions or issues you may have; you will be our priority. We offer repair or replacement coverage* for:
  • Your Playbrush 
  • Your Playbrush battery
  • Your Playbrush charging cable 

So no matter what happens to your Playbrush, we will be delivering a replacement within 3 working days. 

Software Support

Our Playbrush apps and Playbrush family are all designed and built by us, so we know them in and out. Any problems or questions? We are here to help you get the most out of your Playbrush experience! This includes:

  • Getting started and getting the most out of your new hardware and software.
  • Tips and hints to get your children high up on our Playbrush worldwide leaderboard.
General Support
  • Full call-back service, the chance to receive a phone call very soon after a request is submitted
  • First in line for support queries or any questions you may have

*Playbrush Care explicitly only covers our hardware (Playbrush, battery, charging cable) and does not include extras such as the Smartphone holder or any other devices (phones/tablets) you use whilst playbrushing.
